•DUES INCREASE•
We were informed in the last few days that the National Association of Home
Builders have decided to raise their dues, which of course trickles down to us.
We have not raised our dues since 2013 and we absorbed the cost of the last
increase by National in 2015. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to absorb this
additional raise in dues.
As of January 1, 2018 dues will increase by $25 annually. The GGHBA Board
voted to approve this increase and our annual dues will now be $425.00. Let us
assure you we are still one of the most inexpensive Home Builder organizations
in the state.
•ANNOUNCEMENTS•
The Love Center, one of our local charitable centers, needs our help. They
have a need for estimates to improve their building. If you think you can help
please contact Dianne Smith, she is the treasurer for The Love Center Board.
